The Most Advanced And Accurate

Electronic Leak & Breach Detection

The IntegriScan confirms waterproofing membranes are free of breaches, holes or seam voids during construction and can be used to locate active leaks in existing buildings.

Early Detection and Prevention: Key to Avoiding Premature Waterproofing Failure

The failure to detect, identify, and correct minor water intrusions at the earliest stages is considered the greatest cause of premature waterproofing failure. Even when properly installed, waterproof materials can still fail by damage or contaminates.

Thickness Testing

When leaks occur, huge costs can be incurred in removing expensive building components, locating the leaks, and repairing the associated damages.

These damages can mount rapidly while the contractor searches for leaks that probably originated months prior to the discovery of the damage. The leaks often allow water to accumulate between the membrane and the deck over time until it finds a joint, crack, or penetration to follow downward.

Electronic leak detection (ELD) is a non-invasive method used to locate water leaks in building structures, plumbing, and other systems.

We Provide Testing

Advanced Solutions for Leak Detection and Prevention

Electronic Leak Detection

Electronic Leak Detection (ELD) uses advanced technology to pinpoint hidden water leaks in structures, helping prevent damage, reduce repair costs, and ensure timely maintenance by detecting issues early in their development.

Roof Membrane Integrity Scanner

A Roof Membrane Integrity Scanner uses non-destructive technology to assess the condition of roof membranes, detecting damage or weaknesses. It helps ensure the roof’s performance, preventing leaks and extending its lifespan.

Vertical Surface Leak Locate

Vertical Surface Leak Locate is a diagnostic method that identifies water leaks on vertical surfaces, such as walls or facades. It uses advanced technology to pinpoint leaks, preventing damage and costly repairs.

Thickness Testing

Thickness Testing measures the thickness of materials, such as coatings or membranes, to ensure they meet required standards. It helps identify wear, and maintain the integrity of surfaces and structures.

Thickness Testing

The Positector 200 Coating Thickness Gauge reliably and non-destructively measures (up to 10mm) the thickness of coatings on concrete and other similar substrates. Using state of the art ultrasonic technology, the Elcometer 500 can accurately, repeatably, reliably and non-destructively measure coatings, from 150µm up to 10mm.

Locating A Breach

Accurate Process for Locating Waterproofing Membrane Breaches

Roll the platform across the wet testing area.

When the platform is positioned over a breach, the inner gain meter will light up, indicating a ground current.

An audible response will increase in pace and pitch to a solid alarm.
